All inquiries are subject to availability.
During May and December, payment in full is required to reserve a spot on my calendar. During the other months, payment in full is due one week before your pickup date.
Orders cancelled within 3 days of pickup are non-refundable.
All orders must be picked up. The address will be provided when your order is confirmed and paid for in full.
Cookie design(s) will be confirmed before work begins. Due to the time needed to complete an order, progress photos for “approval” will not be provided. Sample cookies may be available for an additional fee, if time permits.
Cookie pickups are at a mutually agreed-upon time. Please arrive on time, as I may have planned my day around your arrival. Cookies will be held for 30 minutes after the agreed-upon arrival time. After 30 minutes, you may pick up your cookies at my next availability, which may be the next day. Likewise, please do not show up early.
Last-minute orders (within one week of your pickup date) will be assessed a $12 per dozen rush fee.
The date you put on your inquiry form is your pickup date. Please plan accordingly if your pickup date is different than your event date. The pickup date cannot be changed once confirmed.
Allergen warning: Cookies are made in a home kitchen and may contain eggs, nuts, and wheat products.
All cookies will be individually sealed and packed at no additional charge. An ingredients list will also be included with the cookies.
All sales are final and non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, please bring it to my attention immediately. Only in the case of the baker making an error will cookies be refunded, and the cookies must be returned.
Once cookies are picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for their care.
